11. COMMENTS Witness watched objt through telescope, yet could not determine az or elevation, suggesting that he did not know how to use a telescope. Witness did not know how long the objt was in view. Appar[ILLEGIBLE]ent of large silver objt, moving across sky. Due to lack of sufficient data, a valid conclusion cannot be made as to nature of objt.
