10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Oval shaped, blue-green-orange-yellow objt with diffused light around it observed in NNE for 3 1/2 hrs. Movement very slow toward NNE.

11. COMMENTS Witness probably did not know how to use his telescope, as elevations and as are very general. First Magnitude star Capella is in NNE at the time of sighting, at a lower altitude. Taking into account an err error on part of witness, coupled with appearance and duration of sighting it is quite possible that witness was reporting star Capella.
