XI. COMMENTS Description of objt is characteristic of an artificial satellite in orbit and was checked and it was determined to be in direct motion in direction reported for objt. Witnesses a/c was x turned, therefore accounting for relative short duration of sighting It is determined that objt observed was probably Echo I.
