10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTINGReceived letter with photo of UFO. Not observed while taking pictures.
11. COMMENTS FTD photo-analysis examined prints and negatives and concluded that the alleged objts were caused by poor photo processing. Objts were not observed during exposure, only after film was processed. The objts were never permitted for analysis which are supposedly UFO's. In every case where objts were not observed until after film processing, objts turned out to be a reflection unseen by photographer of damaged emulsion fm being scratched, or foreign material adhering to emulsion during processing.
