10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Round White, silver, shiny objt viewed for 1/2 hr. Larger than star. Appearing overhead in N. Rantix path to NS.
11. COMMENTS Objt was observed to N at a fairly high elev, moving N Description is characteristic of a weather balloon. Balloon are launched just outside SE of Fairborn and prevailing winds would carry I to the E These balloons are launched at aprox time of sighting Therefore concluded that objt was probably a balloon.
