10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING? Object going NNE at 4,000 mph; first on Jul, second on Aug. Both had same characteristics; first sighting disintegrated after 5 mi (could take seconds to travel distance) so last sighting was characteristic of fireball.
11. COMMENTS/REMARKS: Observer saw two separate sightings with same flight pattern and description point to jet a/c; however witness familiarity with known a/c indicates that this is possible best of newer configuration; first sighting was probably a bolide, second probably a/c.
