BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Light, about like Venus Disappeared to EWS. Appeared to stop and waver but generally proceeded on steady course. No color, contrast, or discernible features.
COMMENTS Described and questioned more characteristics of Echo I. Evolution an azimuth reported is rather vague, but a check was made and it was determined that form was in the lighting at time reported, moving to left. Therefore concluded that obj sighted was probable Echo I. Noted distortion due to atmospheric phenomena.
