10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING [REDACTED] red flare in sky [ILLEGIBLE] from directly overhead to NE and disappeared going toward WPARS. About 1/3 the size of Full moon.
11. COMMENTS Witness was not very sure of the duration of the sighting, which in this case is very important. The shape of the object was not seen clearly, making it impossible to make a valid conclusion as to the nature of the sighting. However, it is possible that the objc was a light on an a/c, but a conclusion cannot be made.
