10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: 2 blue-white pulsating lights were observed sky [ILLEGIBLE] at about 40° of western horizon. They joined into 1 light and speeded up and turned crimson then made a sharp 180° turn and headed again into W, then burned and headed N, still glowing crimson.

[HW:] If sighting was 29 Jun and witness was observing a single objc is it possible that objc was launched from ground however in view of conflicting info case labeled as Other (Inconsistent data).
