10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Star-like objt. Single objt breaking into 4 pieces. Moved Nw south to 20° SW. Seemed to disintegrate. 3 pieces disappeared in 1 min, nth 1 min later.

11. COMMENTS It is quite possible that objt. observed was weather balloon released [ILLEGIBLE] min prior to sighting. It was reported that this balloon burst prior to reaching altitude at about time sighting was made.

CONCLUSIONS: Was Balloon Possibly Balloon
