II. COMMENTS: Only a light was observed moving at a constant rate, across a clear sky. Color of light is characteristic of multi-colored lights moving together, observed as 1 light. This is characteristic of lights of a/c when it is observed flying at high altitude. This report is therefore evaluated as probably high-flying a/c.
