10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: Round object size of baseball, white, Moved outside of horizon so as to appear almost egg-shaped at times, Followed a straight path, First observed at 90 dog elevation and disappeared over the horizon to the NS.

11. COMMENTS: Two reports, the duration is very short and is probably in error, An additional report from the same area indicates that ECHO I was over Selfridge AFB between 0100 and 0300 and was evaluated as ECHO by the reporting official.
