10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Round object, twice the size of a pinhead at arm's length, blue-white, appeared to be lighted excessive. Color and shape comparable to a star. Appeared at 60 deg elevation to the North with compass reading 350 deg, disappeared at 60 deg elevation to the South with compass reading of 190 deg.

11. COMMENTS Too slow for meteor and duration is moving against the wind at altitudes above 6,000 ft., speed much too slow for balloon and the mass is listed as unidentified.
