10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING 4 objts, illuminated, luminous, silver in a diamond formation. Frontal reft objts were miles away, appeared to be traveling FLOYD as indicated by reporting witness[HW:]. Witness[HW:] reported that they were not sighting Officer. Diamond shape, any a/c size. They then disappeared fa s., ea time, and sound all lend substantiation to this conclusion.

11. COMMENTS No evidence in report which would indicate that objts were not re[ILLEGIBLE]ing FLOYD as indicated by reporting witness[HW:]. Witness[HW:] reported that they were not sighting Officer. Diamond shape with brilliant lights. These objts banked and circled and disappeared fa view to NE. Too distant to determine shape and no sound heard.
