10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Objt with controlled flight too high to note shape or size or type of propulsion. Had neither rocket nor meteor trail. Observed altitude approx 40°, Objt lst observed heading N, stopped twice, then made easy turn and headed S and in about 1 min disappeared over southern horizon. Objt as bright as lst magnitude star.

11. COMMENTS It is possible that objt was an a/c flying at a high altitude. However, this report contains very little info on which to base a valid conclusion.
