10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Brilliant white or bluish-white light going W-E passed over at 0610Z. Similar light passed going NW-SE at 0830Z.

11. COMMENTS After checking location of witness it was determined that he was located near 2 airplanes used by military and civilian jet a/c. Description of direction of flight by witness indicates that rtpg officers conclusions are probably true. Jet a/c flying along these airways would be noticed from witnesses location only by white fuselage light located on underside.

CONCLUSIONS Was Balloon Possibly Balloon Possibly Balloon Was Aircraft Possibly Aircraft Possibly Aircraft Was Astronomical Probably Astronomical Possibly Astronomical Other Insufficient Data for Evaluation Unknown
