BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Star shaped object approx size of Polaris and was in color observed within a degree or two of the star Polaris, Estimated altitude at 50-80 miles, From this position object risen above over the horizon into the twilight zone just as the sun was ascending on horizon, Object flew in straight straight course almost perpendicular with the a/c course of 078 degrees true.

11. COMMENTS Object was apparently moving in the same direction as the aircraft of the witness, Duration for the sighting did not too short for an object within the earth's atmosphere, Object appears to be Satellite, however a check with Space Track indicated that the object was NOT SATELLITE, Radar contact confirmed the object and one photo contact confirmed the time that object was present as Satellite, however in view of lack of confirming data case is listed as insufficient data for evaluation.
