11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Long white spider web like material floating down. While watching this round machine, 50 ft wide glimmered like two diamonds. Looked like it was pumping in an organ fashion. Like a large diamond under the sun light. No noise. No sound. Stationary just above trees. Brightest thing she had ever seen. This was observed at about 2:30 PM. See FTD Form 104 for details.
