IIb. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Orbiting objt likened to a first magnitude star, sighted over Venus. Failed out under Procyon 135°. Speed unknown. IIc. COMMENT Objt possibly was satellite Echo I. However, duration was not re-ported and directions reported are too general to allow a valid conclusion.
