10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING [REDACTED] Sphere-shaped object, size of dime at arms length. White changed to dull red. Appeared NW [REDACTED] above horizon. Disappeared NW [REDACTED] above horizon. Moved slowly straight down, then horizontal to left, then up increasing speed, then angled down to the right toward the horizon. Size of the object did not appear to vary as it descended.

11. COMMENTS [REDACTED] Witnesses were sitting in an auto, and whether it was a convertible or hard top would determine whether they could see as high above the horizon as was reported. Planet Venus was in approx position reported by witnesses. Maneuvers reported were probably due to clouds in the area and atmosphere. Object was reported to have moved toward which coincides with movement of planet during its apparent descent toward the horizon.
