10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Two brilliant yellow lights similar to auto headlights. No sound heard, rather low on horizon, perhaps 200'. No definite outline of shape.
11. COMMENTS Witnesses are located approx 10 N W of the Greater Cincinnati Airport. Description of lights are similar to that of landing lights on an a/c. Witnesses were looking E when they saw the lights, therefore lights were probably landing lights on an a/c landing or taking off at the Cincinnati Airport.
