10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Saucer shaped, dull and silver gray and making a sound like a small motor boat. Object came to the notice of the witness because of a flash of light which was apparently reflected from it. The object was reported to have disappeared by climbing straight up into clouds.
11. COMMENTS Witness has not provided sufficient information to allow a valid conclusion. However, what information there is indicates that the cause of this sighting was probably a reflection, mirage, or both.
