10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Red and Green flickering lights, brighter than the background of stars, size of a pea at arm's length. Object disappeared from view by rising which made it seem smaller. Paled from view, looked like a balloon about the size of a B-29.
11. COMMENTS Probably an A/C, Red and green flashing lights, size speed and other characteristics conform to a/c observation.
