[HW: Brief Summary of Sighting] Sightings each night between hours of 1800-2000 or object appearing as bright star moving in spurts and zig-zag path. Very high and moved from NW to SE.
[HW: Comments] General characteristics of balloon observation added to observation on successive nights noted that probable balloon release at same time from local airport or nearby weather station. Winds aloft not given in report, however if winds were prevailing to SE balloon would follow same general path.
