10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Bright light in sky observed at 10° from, and close to, the star Capella. Light same size, intensity and color as star Capella. Appeared stationary for about 5 min, after which it moved perceptibly to NS on a steady course of about 035°T. Movement was steady. It traversed from a position 215°, position angle 45°[ILLEGIBLE]min, to a position 045°T, position angle about 30°T, in a period of 10 min. Then lost its view due to clouds.

11. COMMENTS Satellite ruled out - Object was apparently stationary for first 5 min of sighting. The report received moved in wrong direction for star plancks; message not received until almost two months after the sighting was made. The ship on which the witness was located was in a group of ships. There were no other reports made of anything unusual being seen; therefore, this sighting is only one witness; this report is evaluated on insufficient data.
