10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Round, blue object, size of basketball at arm's length, had long blue and yellow tail. Slight descent moving slowly across horizon, faded from view. [HW: Set CODE = 367 23Sep (LA&Dezoo)] [HW: See Report, Item v%]
11. COMMENTS Sighting has all characteristics of meteor, except that the duration is excessive. Satellite reentries of 1960 [STAMP:] [ILLEGIBLE] ONCE in this area. However the color and general description conform more to a meteor observation. Case listed as meteor observation.
