10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING 8-12 objects painted as normal a/c returns in trail formation at 93,000 ft, descended to 23,000 ft and were lost. Later picked up 6-8 at 103,000 ft which were lost in the weather.

11. COMMENTS Possible unusual weather conditions affecting radar return.
