10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Object with red and white lights. Lights were originally viewed as a single object with two lights. Two plates were inverted on top of the object. Top plate had a half-capped dome on top of it. Approximately 25 deg from true north at 10 deg elevation. Disappeared, 102 deg from true north at 30 deg elevation from horizon.
11. COMMENTS Object was originally viewed as a single object with two lights being the anti-aircraft lights and white lights being the rumour lights. The fact that this object was viewed with optical aids is not being discarded but the identification cannot be made possible for lack of identification and identifications [STAMP: ILLEGIBLE] not to mention the confusion or excitement of the young witnesses. The movement of the subject are the location of a naval station in the direction of the sighting face to sight[REDACTED] this character.
