10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Dots of lights about size of a grain of corn, white and grayish-blue, V-type or echelon formation with 3 or 4 lights on each side of V. Travelled at erratic speeds, alternating slow and fast. Held a straight course and did not execute any maneuvers. Disappeared instantaneously to the NW.
11. COMMENTS: Information received is vague and conflicting No conclusion can be reached. Due to evaluation of no threat and difficult access to witnesses, no follow-up is being made. Case listed as Insufficient Data.
