BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Bright flashes of light which left trails of varying sizes were observed by persons from 0235 to 0530Z.In all, there were objects sighted during this period.All of the objects were in the upper portion of big dipper the flashes visible for seconds the trail persisting up to seconds.

11. COMMENTS The descriptions reported are very similar to meteors entering the earth's atmosphere.This was probably part of a meteor shower.
