10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Round, size of quarter, bright red with varying intensity first seen over E last seen E at high altitude Object stopped and hovered went towards one or the first night it disappeared to P; second night it disappeared to W First seen for 20 min; second time for 30 min.
11. COMMENTS The most probable cause of this sighting is high flying a/c However if the statement by the witness that the object hovered is to be accepted this possibility must be ruled out (other than helicopters) This case is classed 'Unidentified' for lack of data which points conclusively toward a solution.
