X. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Two large targets picked up on radar. One estimated to be 5 miles long and the other two miles long. Targets about 2–3 miles apart, ahead off starboard bow at 130 dgr relative on starboard side. Operator insisted not clouds.

XI. COMMENTS Evaluated as weather phenomena by US Navy.
