10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Object with round base and irregular shaped upper portion of brilliant white, like molten metal, intermittantly changing to pale yellow. From the lower left portion there appeared to trail a faint beam of light, amber colored. The object appeared to swing to and fro.

11. COMMENTS The position of the object for 20 minutes in the same relative location fits that of the planet Jupiter. This planet was as close to the earth as it will be this year and is therefore at its brightestest. It is concluded that the object was the planet Jupiter.
