10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Circular, about 1/4 size of full moon, body bright white, tail red. Tail appeared to be pieces breaking off body. Was four times diameter of body in length. Appeared about 50-60° above horizon. Disappeared about 35-40° above horizon. Arced slightly downward from easterly direction. Disappeared into distance.

11. COMMENTS Although it is possible the object was a reentry of a satellite, the description, flight path and duration is characteristic of a meteor. Therefore this report is evaluated as possible meteor.
