10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Luminous object looked like vapor trail and remained visible for almost 30 min. Forward end particles appeared to spiral down. It was described as mirror bright.

11. COMMENTS Information reported is insufficient for a positive identification of the object. However, the Sola Observatory at Harestue identified the phenomena as luminant clouds caused by cosmic dust entering the atmosphere.
