BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: Witness sent in photos of supposed UFO's. Photo-analysis showed that they were light reflections obtained by taking a series of pictures through a window and opening the window more for each shot. Reflections were of street lights.
COMMENTS: Photoanalysis showed reflections of street lights as the cause, with intent to perpetrate a hoax.
