10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Object 2-3 times bigger than Venus with a tail like a comet going straight down at a rate slower than a meteor observed for three seconds. Looked like an A/C on fire, Greenish white color, Did not maneuver and caused radio interference.

11. COMMENTS Sputnik III reentered this date, however the duration of the sighting and the greenish color do not conform to observation of a Satellite Decay and tend to rule out Reentry. It is probable that the object observed was a meteor.
