11. COMMENTS Discoverer XI decayed on 26 April. Sputnik IV is still up (as of Feb 1962). It is not possible to evaluate the case on the information received. It is possible that the witness referred to Sputnik III, which decayed on 2 April, 1958. Case listed as insufficient data/Unknown.
