BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Placing object generally described as green by a large number of persons, both Military and Civilian from locations ranging from Boltenhagen to Duluth, Minn., most of the information was put on a tape recording at March AFB, Calif., however little info could be gained as most of it was garbled.
