10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Yellow-orange object which appeared as a light in the sky, size the of a pin. Had a low rustling sound.

11. COMMENTS It appears that the witness saw a light type o/c with the steady tail light. There lights can be seen from approximately 60 dog to both sides of dead astern. The rumble could have been the sound of this same o/c.
