10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF LIGHTING: Whites, egg-shaped obj, size of grapefruit, four times brighter light than any star, rear of obj left a trail of light.

11. CONCLUSIONS: The obj sighted probably was a weather balloon. This rpt was not submitted until 6 or 7 months after the sighting and then the info was limited.
