10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING 1) Civilian at Fort Fairfield rptd low flying obj w/lights on bottom No noise. At 0530Z Presque Isle trailer court at Presque Isle & a/c observed 2 rnd obj w/blue rings emitting red light rays shining toward the ground Still visible at 075oz. At 23/085Z Air Police at Loring AFB observed rnd white light appearing to be stationary Observation was by ground Radar OPS-3 type also Radar estimated the height at 5,000 ft Winds during the period of this all sightings were fm the west & SW. 4) At 0999z Carwell NCI Site had obj on radar at z6,OOOft At 1OOOZ Burlington AFB established FALO's GCI vectored them in at z4,OOOft No visible obj in area AFC inbound at DOW AFB. 5) Two obj rptd over Presque Isle Maine at O7Zoz. 6) At 22/23Z Presque Isle Police rptd that flying saucer was flying low over the town.
