BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Phone call received by Major Friend concerning several supposed sightings in Terre Haute Indiana from Major Taylor at SAPOI-3d Congressional Inquiry initiated by President of a local UFO club called Research Education and Write on Aerial Phenomena (RECAP). Contact v/ [ILLEGIBLE] ONCE at 6:10 appearing to be about the size of Saturn. About 5:10 several people saw red lights South of Terre Haute. At 6:10 to 6:50 one observed Saturn-like green balls of fire approaching him from Crawfordsville. He moved away from them, they reversed course and sped out (height h) at 7:00 a pilot saw two orange balls of fire ahead or him. Seconds later he saw a white flash.
