10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Three lights red, green, and white. Steady. Seemed to remain in one place. Shape could not be determined though it seemed to be round.

11. COMMENTS Identified as a planet by a Cincinnati astronomer to the observer. Color was caused by the prismatic effects caused by dust particles in the atmosphere.
