10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Circular obj observed as a glowing white obj near the moon. At 45° elev & about 5° to the moon. Movement was rapid as East & generally South. Additional info was requested & at the second observation the obj had moved to 1° north of the moon.

11. COMMENTS Star Alkair (magnitude 0,9) was in the position indicated. Color changes probably due to atmospheric conditions at the time of the sighting.
