10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING End, yellowish light w/night blue lights just inside the ring which appeared about as bright as eight 300 watt blue bulbs. Inside the ring of the blue lights were five red lights many times larger than the blue lights which appeared to flicker on & off. The red lights seemed to flare up like a very hot exhaust.
