10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Obj: shape of rocket, size of pencil, white, w/min cloud, Bright glow, conical in shape, white, then green, then orange glow.

11. COMMENTS Possibility exists that obj sighted was a research rocket launched from Wallops Island near Va. This rocket emitted a 100 mile sodium vapor trail at 50 miles alt.
