Rnd, silver light obj, size of grapefruit, seemed to be revolving, had indefinite outline. Obj disappeared by "blinking out."
Two of the witnesses stated the obj was similar to a weather balloon. The location of obj fm observers was N and W. The US Weather Bureau at Sulfur Grove, N of Dayton, released a balloon at 1830 hrs. Balloon stayed above the station after release. This balloon is probably cause for this sighting.
