10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Two small bright silver obj & one iridescent red. The two silver obj appear to have a spinning motion. One of the silver obj would move, then the other would move in the same pattern, traveling north and higher all the time.
11. COMMENTS These obj were probably balloons. All obj went out of sight vertically.
