10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Three obj about twice as bright as the largest star on a clear night. Obj rose steadily - did not disappear during sighting. Obj changed colors & were about the size of a dime.
11. COMMENTS Photo analysis determined that the spots on the film were "air balls" & the wispy image is either poor developing technique or cigarette smoke. Story fabricated. Writer indicates 100:30 reward being offered for pictures of ufo. Obvious hoax.
